Tantric Dance is a dance for the brave among us. It is a playful and intuitive dance between the male (Shiva) and female (Shakti) in which a clear distinction is made in the polarities. The Shiva energy leads the dance and creates a safe environment, while the Shakti energy may receive and surrender to the dance. This is not with fixed steps, but a profound journey of discovery into desire, boundaries, playfulness and consciousness. A dance in which you are challenged to let go of your control, to feel, and to move with an adventurous heart. Sometimes intense in pleasure and connection, other times surprising and groundbreaking. With the dance as an entrance, you can discover new layers that were previously hidden. What you give space to, is up to you. Some experience in self-reflection is therefore desirable, so that you can see and receive what reveals itself in the dance. All this within a safe and loving setting.

How does it work?
During this special dance, the follower wears a blindfold. This helps to sink deeper into feeling, without distraction from the outside world. In complete surrender, the follower may receive the dance, while the leader directs the movements with intention and energy. This creates a unique dynamic, in which trust, intuition and playfulness come together. A subtle interplay between giving direction and letting go, between strength and surrender.
We regularly change partners and roles, so that you can gain different perspectives and experiences.

It is nice if you are fresh and wear comfortable clothing in which you feel comfortable. Blindfolds are provided, but you can also bring your own blindfold.
